Short Tour Package
6 nights & 7 day
Day 01: Fly Delhi-Kathmandu (2 hr.) at noon. Arrive
Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. Guided tour of
Kathmandu City. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Morning visit Swayambhunath stupa, Durbar
square, Basantpur square, Kumari temple etc. Post lunch
guided tour of Patan city visiting the king's old palace,
hindu temples and a Buddhist golden temple. Overnight stay
at the hotel.
Day 03: Connect morning flight to Chitwan National
Park. Check-in at the lodge. Afternoon elephant safari at
Royal Chitwan Park for nature watch. Overnight at a wildlife
lodge at Chitwan National Park.
Day 04: Early morning park visit on an elephant.
Return for lunch. In the afternoon, set out for bird
watching in the canoes. In the evening, a stick dance of the
local people is organised. Overnight at a wildlife lodge at
Chitwan National Park.
Day 05: Drive to Pokhra 'the valley of lakes'
stopping enroute for river rafting (optional). Pokhra valley
is scenic and exciting. It is covered by green hills, lakes,
forests, rivers, water falls & terraced gardens. Rest of the
day at leisure or a boat ride on Lake Phewa. Overnight at
the hotel.
Day 06: Fly to Kathmandu in the morning. Guided tour
of Pashupatinath temple, Boudhnath stupa and Bhaktapur city.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 07: Transfer to the airport to connect flight to
Delhi or Paro. Arrive the next destination.
